Bonded warehouse
In our customs depots, goods can be stored without the immediate payment of customs duties, import levies, or taxes. Payment of these charges occurs only when the goods are imported, usually at the time of delivery to customers within the European Union.
When goods are delivered to a customer outside the EU or to a customer within the EU who wishes to handle their own customs clearance, they can be delivered from our customs depots without any payment of customs duties, import levies, or taxes.
In addition to financial benefits, this offers the flexibility to manage market fluctuations.

Fiscal representation
VAT rules and procedures can vary from country to country within the EU. In addition to traditional customs procedures, we offer fiscal representation (both general and limited) to foreign companies setting up operations in Europe.
Fiscal representation means that Modexpress acts on behalf of foreign companies to meet tax obligations. This is particularly relevant for VAT obligations within the Netherlands and/or other EU countries. We handle VAT registration, reporting, and payment, eliminating the need for the foreign company to establish a local entity.
