Expedition worker in shifts (Fulltime/40 hours)

Are you enthusiastic about loading and unloading our products and making goods ready for shipment. Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for employees who are willing to alternate the shifts listed below on a weekly basis:

– Shift 1:
Monday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tuesday to Friday: 5 a.m. – 2 p.m.
– Shift 2:
Monday through Friday: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Modexpress is a fast growing company in the logistics warehouse industry and specializes in transport processes focused on fashion and lifestyle items. At 5 locations in Helmond we perform our logistics services. Extra help, knowledge and a fresh perspective are needed at our supply chain department at the Haverdijk in Helmond.

Your main tasks

As a expedition employee, you are responsible for keeping the entire process running optimally. You load and unload all goods from cars and sea containers. In addition, you prepare the goods to be shipped and load them in the correct order. Finally, you sort shipments in the correct order of the routes and make the goods ready for shipment at trip level so that the shipments arrive with the correct trip and at the correct destination.

Other duties may include.

Checking tarnsport documents such as CMR and trip lists and ensuring order and cleanliness in the department both inside and outside the shipping hall.

• Some experience in logistics work or willing to learn it.
• Willingness to work shifted shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.

• Fluency in English and/or Polish.

The starting salary for this position is € 2389,44 with a 15% fixed allowance for shift work.
